TRADE FAIR Reps

We provide information and assistance on the trade fair companies and trade fairs we represent and the cities they are held in. We have information on the fair companies and their facilities, brochures on individual trade fairs, copies of catalogues from past events etc.

For exhibitors this means assistance with participating at a fair, completing the application, advice on stand construction, assistance with planning and budget calculations and when necessary liason with the Project Management Team to secure a space at a fully booked fair.

For visitors this means assistance with deciding which is the right trade fair for you to visit, assistance with sales of entrance ticket and catalogues, information on opening times, on which companies and products will be exhibiting, on Congresses and Supporting Events that will be held with or as part of the fair etc

For all participants, both exhibitors and visitors we offer assistance on travelling to and within the trade fair city. We have maps of the cities, the public transport, travel advice to and from the airport, travel advice to and from the fairground, city information, restaurant guides, shopping advice, tourist and sightseeing information and more.

FAM Trips

We are an experienced and professional partner for you when pulling together familiarisation trips for the travel trade, and for the trade and national media. And where we excel is ensuring that we get the right people to participate, a directly relevant and impactful audience that can be held accountable for any return in your investment in these travel arrangements.

InConventus can take full responsibility for the budgeting, planning, participant selection and engagement and delivery. We can provide experienced and native market-speaking tour leaders to accompany where required. Each itinerary will be carefully designed to meet the requirements of the trip sponsor(s) and the participant tour operators, travel agents, journalists and travel bloggers.

In advance of travel, deliverables will be agreed with each participant with outputs being monitored by InConventus. Post trip reports and on-going media monitoring can be provided on a weekly or monthly basis.
